Healthy and delicious dessert. This unique recipe is from 'Trees, Earth and Torah'.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Cook bulgur in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, cook additional 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, add honey, cinnamon and 1/2 cup walnuts.
  4. Dust 9"x9" pan with additional cinnamon. Pour in wheat mixture.
  5. top with remaining 1/2 cup walnuts and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
  6. Cover and chill several hours.
  7. Cut into squares.
