Monterey Ranch Ham Sandwiches

- 4 slices ham
- 1⁄4 cup ranch salad dressing
- 4 kaiser rolls, split
- 4 slices monterey jack cheese, 1 ounce each
- 8 slices bacon, fully cooked and heated
- 1⁄2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomatoes, thinly sliced
directions
- Broil ham slices about 6 inches from heat source for 5 min, turning once, until golden brown.
- Spread dressing on cut sides of rolls.
- Layer ham, cheese, 2 bacon strips, lettuce and tomato slices on roll bottom.
- Cover with roll top.

I am a retired Judge/Attorney and I divide my time between the Portland,Oregon area and a second home on the Oregon coast.
