  1. Cut chiles into thin strips, set aside.
  2. In medium skillet, heat butter. Add onion and cook until softened. Stir in chiles and top with Monterey Jack cheese.
  3. Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook for about 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
  4. Spoon chile mixture into tortillas, fold into tacos and serve.
