Made this for my husband tonight and he said it was good. I didn't have it, as we did chicken breasts two different ways and I'm not really into salsa. I did change a tiny bit, as I didn't think the bread crumbs would go with the salsa, so I stirred some taco seasoning into the mayo, added a touch of sour cream to the mixture, then skipped the breading and just baked it like that. I'll make this again when he's craving salsa chicken. Thanks for sharing.

This was very good and got 5 stars from the family. It tasted sort of like nachos. I found the amounts to be a bit off. I bought 1.5lb of chicken tenders, and I only used about 1/4c of the mayonnaise (reduced fat) and maybe 1/2c of the breadcrumbs. I could have used more salsa though - maybe 1.25 c? I also used a reduced fat Mexican blend for the cheese. I will definitely be making this again.

I really enjoyed this! I used fat free mayo, reduced fat mexican cheese & panko instead of breadcrumbs. I added some low sodium taco seasoning into the panko which added a great kick. I too baked my chicken for about 25 minutes. Since I like a little "kick" I may add some cayenne or chili sauce into my salsa (which is only medium heat) next time. It was fast & easy; thanks for sharing!

According to my family, this chicken was quite tasty. It was moist, flavorful, and even good reheated as leftovers. At least that's what they tell me, as I made this for them when I had a meeting (perfect because it was quick, easy, and used ingredients I almost always have around) and they finished everything off before I got a chance to remember there were leftovers in the fridge. Thanks for sharing!

Very good chicken dinner! I made this as written, using Newman's Own Chunky Salsa and a cheddar/jack blend of cheeses, both of which I had on hand. Great dish to make when trying to use things on hand in freezer and fridge. Thanks Lara H for posting a good family recipe :)

This was a really easy and tasty dish. I was concerned about the cooking time (not enough) so I did pound the breasts between plastic wrap. They were great. I liked that I could make the husbands hot spicy and mine medium spicy.Thank you!

I have been telling everybody I know about this recipe! It is a quick fabulous dinner, and who doesn't have chicken, mayo, breadcrubs and cheese in the house? I did cook the chicken a bit longer however in a stone, which made the chicken moist and tasty. I also used a mis of MJ and cheddar cheese. Thanks so much!

I have made this twice, now, and it has fast become my favorite quick and easy entre. I almost always have frozen boneless, skinless breast halves in the freezer and they do thaw quickly. Not only is this recipe quick and easy but it's delicious too. I use mayonesa (real mayo with lime juice in it) to coat the chicken. It just gives the chicken a little extra flavor. I bake for 15 minutes then flip the chicen over and bake an additional 10-15 minutes before adding the cheese and salsa. Truly moist, flavorful chicken that looks and tastes like you've spent hours in the kitchen. Thanks, Lara!

I really loved how easy this was to make. I too cooked the chicken for a longer period of time. I made some rice and a vegetable and dinner was complete. My DH liked it and that's saying a lot.

This chicken came out VERY moist and the salsa and cheese is a perfect topping. I usually have these ingredients on hand so whenever I don't want to spend a lot time in the kitchen, you can be sure this quick and easy meal will come to mind. What a time saver. Thanks LaraH.

This is a very easy and tasty chicken dish. The mayo keeps the chicken very moist, and my homemade salsa added just the right kick. Melted cheese on top is always good. Very little prep needed before throwing it in the oven, great for a busy (or lazy) night.

I was looking for something simple to make that I already had all the ingredients for. This is it! This was very simple and was yummy too! I thought the mayo was a little strange, but I love mayo so I tried it anyway. It turns out that the mayo is very good for coating the breadcrumbs on the chicken (much better than the traditional egg white method), and in the finished product you don't really taste the mayo at all. I did have to cook it longer, but the chicken breasts were pretty thick. Good recipe - thanks for sharing!

I made this tonight for supper and it was excellent. The salsa and montery jack cheese really added lots of flavour. I did cook it for 10 min. longer than stated. Thanks for a great recipe.
