On my last trip to the States I brought back some Berry-Blue Kool Aid. It's a big hit with my 11 year old Dornette and her friends. They had a sleepover the other night at I made a vat of this juice. It was so gross, they loved it!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (6 ounce) package Kool-Aid, berry-blue flavor
  • 1 (12 ounce) can orange juice concentrate
  • 1 gallon water

  1. Mix juice and Kool-Aid, add water, stir and watch it turn green!

This is a very unique, and surprisingly great tasting beverage! My boys loved it! It turns an interesting shade of John Deere green. I couldn't find 6 oz. pkgs of berry blue Kool-Aid. I used a 6 gram pkg. of unsweetened Blue Moon Berry Kool-Aid and added 1 cup sugar.

I tried this one, but instead of sugar, I used equal amounts of splenda, for the sweetener, as I am diabetic. It was great with a pinch or two of salt. heat a little of the water, add the salt and dissolve and pour into the koolaid mixture.

My son Jake loved this--I loved the green beard left all over his mouth after he drank this!
