Monster Cookies

"I was surprised when I first saw this recipe as usually Monster Cookies are made with huge amounts of ingredients. This one does not have flour, and I was told by the friend to use Quick oats other wise the cookies come out very dry. I used the medium size scoop from Pampered Chef to make these cookies. Very good!"

  1. I have used this recipe twice now-both times omitting the corn syrup. Everyone likes these and they're very versatile for adding whatever you or your family likes best. Sometimes I add in raisins, which are really tasty!

  2. Easy cookies to make and really flexible to use up odds and ends around the kitchen. I was short of chocolate chips, so I added in peanut butter chips instead, added a few more M&M's than called for and had a bit of sweetened coconut left to used (processed it and added about 1 cup. Found them best baked right at 10 minutes- everybody likes these!

  3. Made for Fall PAC '08: Delicious Cookies!! Yummy. These are very very easy to throw everything into a bowl and mix up! Of course I mix everything up before I added the oatmeal. Then mix the oatmeal a little then added my M&M's and chocolate chips! Then I mix everything all together. These cookies being called Monster Cookies I couldn't just make regular size cookies, I had to pull out my big cookie scoop and really make them monster cookies!!! Thanks for this wonderful recipe!
