Easy cookies to make and really flexible to use up odds and ends around the kitchen. I was short of chocolate chips, so I added in peanut butter chips instead, added a few more M&M's than called for and had a bit of sweetened coconut left to used (processed it and added about 1 cup. Found them best baked right at 10 minutes- everybody likes these!

Made for Fall PAC '08: Delicious Cookies!! Yummy. These are very very easy to throw everything into a bowl and mix up! Of course I mix everything up before I added the oatmeal. Then mix the oatmeal a little then added my M&M's and chocolate chips! Then I mix everything all together. These cookies being called Monster Cookies I couldn't just make regular size cookies, I had to pull out my big cookie scoop and really make them monster cookies!!! Thanks for this wonderful recipe!
