  1. Whoa! FABULOUS! I used all peanut M&Ms, no chocolate chips, and everyone loved them. I read the recipe over to make sure I was reading it right--no flour. But this cookie doesn't need it. 15 minutes was perfect, crunchy around the edges and chewy in the middle. I used the medium size scoop from Pampered Chef to dish up the cookies. Can't wait to make them again.

  2. This is a really good cookie. I have made it a number of times now. If you don't have m&m's you can substitute with more chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, raisins, etc, whatever you have on hand. This recipe makes a lot of cookies, so I usually cut it in half, which makes about 3 dozen cookies. 15 minutes baking time makes for a very crispy cookie. If you like your cookies softer, 11 minutes does it for me.

  3. What an interesting cookie! I picked this recipe because the quantities were more what I was looking for. I added 1/4 cup more peanut butter (chunky) and substituted 1 cup of granola for 1cup oats. I loved the added crunch the granola gave the cookie. Will be making these over and over. Yum!!!! (I used a tablespoon/yields 60 cookies)

  4. I was looking for "the monster cookie" recipe and this is it! I cut it in half and it made about 30 cookies. I also used egg beaters instead of eggs. Worked fine! Taste great! Thanks for posting.
