- 1 medium banana
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 -3 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar
- 6 -9 ice cubes
directions
- Blend all other ingredients in blender until smooth then add ice cubes.
- Grind to blended milk shake stage.

Yummy! I halved this and made it today for a little boy who was coming home:) He licked the glass clean! Haha! Thanks for sharing. Oh and I did use smooth peanut butter as I didn't have the crunchy variety on hand. Other than that, I stuck with the recipe. Lovely comfort food and you made the kid's day!

This was delicious! I enjoy the combo of peanut butter and chocolate, so I was instantly drawn to this recipe. I even used skim milk and it still came out rich and tasty. I used creamy peanut butter rather than chunky, as that was what we had on hand. Fast, easy,with accurate instructions and great taste.
