Directions

  1. In blender or processor, combine banana, sugar, juice and extracts.
  2. Process till smooth and creamy.
  3. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
  4. Combine with banana mixture.
  5. Beat egg whites till very frothy but not peaked.
  6. Fold into brownie mixture.
  7. Add nuts.
  8. Bake in Pam-sprayed 8-inch square pan for 35 minutes@ 350*.
  9. Remove and cool.
