    Ingredients:

    • 4-6 clove garlic (depending on how potent you want it)
    • 236.59 ml mayonnaise
    • 2.46 ml salt
    • 1 lemon, juice of

    Directions:

      Chop garlic and mash together with salt.
    2. 2
      Add garlic and lemon to mayonnaise.
    3. 3
      Mix and enjoy.
    4. 4
      Refrigerate unused portion, it will keep for quite a while.

      This was very tasty! We used it for dipping our pub fries in and it was just perfect. I added a bunch of garlic powder to it because we love garlic but other than that, I made it exactly as written. Thanks, King Lu! Made for alphabet chefs.

      I was looking for another sauce to use in Reggae Wraps Reggae Wraps other than the cilantro sauce. This turned out fantastic. Just what I was looking for. It reminded me of tzitziki sauce a little bit. The flavor with the chicken was so delicious. This recipe was so fast to put together. My DD loves this as a dip for her potato chips too. This is a very versatile recipe than can go with so many foods. Thanks for this recipe King Lu.
