Mom's Taco Dip

"This is an old recipe from my mother that I've used for years at the Fire Station has well as parties. It's simple to make and very filling and always a big hit! You can eat it with tortilla chips or the Big Scoop "Frito's works well. You can keep it warm in a small crock pot or any type of warming bowl. If you make this recipe you will not be disappointed!.."
