    This is an old recipe from my mother that I've used for years at the Fire Station has well as parties. It's simple to make and very filling and always a big hit! You can eat it with tortilla chips or the Big Scoop "Frito's works well. You can keep it warm in a small crock pot or any type of warming bowl. If you make this recipe you will not be disappointed!..

    Directions:

      Put oil, onion garlic and hamburger in a pan and brown meat until cooked.
    2. 2
      Drain any excess oil.
    3. 3
      Add tomato paste, catsup, salt, pepper, oregano and sugar. Cover and simmer for appro. 30 minutes.
    4. 4
      Turn meat down low and add creme cheese and parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly and move to warming dish.
    5. 5
      Enjoy with tortilla chips or I like the Big Dip "Frito's.
