This is the sauce that my family uses to marinate a london broil. I usually make a double batch so that I have plenty to serve with the london broil and extra to drizzle over my baked potato.
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup water
- Mix everything together in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Serve as a steak sauce and/or use to marinate your choice of beef.
Excellent sauce with what you already have in the cupboard!
