This is my mom's easy spaghetti.
- 16 ounces spaghetti
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 30 ounces bottled pasta sauce (she likes ragu with mushrooms)
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Make spaghetti according to directions.
- In pot, heat olive oil and add tomatoes, onions, and garlic. Sweat until onions are translucent.
- Add ground beef and brown. Season with salt and pepper (don't add too much salt because you are still adding the sauce).
- Add spaghetti and sauce.
