    Ingredients:

    Units: US | Metric

    • 1 lb butter (not marge.)
    • 1 cup berry sugar
    • 1/2 cup rice flour
    • 4 cups flour

    Directions:

      Sift flour, rice flour and sugar into a bowl.

      Add butter.
    3. 3
      Work in butter until like a short pastry.
    4. 4
      Pat into pan and prick all over with a fork.
    5. 5
      Place in 300F oven until lightly colored, then reduce heat to 275F and bake about an hour.

      I always mark the cut lines before baking.

      the size I like is 1"x2".
