I used cream of mushroom soup instead of the celery, it was all I had on hand. At first, I was not too thrilled about this dish, but after several bites I started to enjoy it more and more. I did, although, add a little soy sauce (about 1 1/2 tblsp.) My husband got his wisdom teeth pulled, so this is only my opinion on the dish. I will be making it again, because it was tasty as well as simple and fast. Thanks for the recipe!

I cook for fun (mostly because I don't have to cook every day) and am always on the lookout for interesting recipes. I also do some canning. Hobbies include jewelry making, drawing, and reading. I detest housework - but it gets done - eventually. I also detest car maintenance - that gets done immediately.
