Mom's Saucy Pork Chops

"As you can see from the title this was my Mom's recipe. It makes a wonderful sauce that even kids like. We used to scrape the dish to get the last little bit of it on our chops. I always wondered what would happen if you doubled the sauce ingredients and tossed in a little bit of rice. If you try it, please let me know:)"

  1. We thoroughly enjoyed this recipe. I used boneless pork loin chops and the celery soup - a nice combination.

  2. Great pork chops! I too browned them and then baked them. Will be making these again, thanks!

  3. An easy quick recipe to throw together. I seasoned the chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder, browned them first and threw them in the oven. Tx for quick week day recipe

  4. We enjoyed this recipe. DH requested to use cream of mushroom next time (he doesn't like celery) but I think I'll stick with the original. Thanks!

  5. I used cream of mushroom soup instead of the celery, it was all I had on hand. At first, I was not too thrilled about this dish, but after several bites I started to enjoy it more and more. I did, although, add a little soy sauce (about 1 1/2 tblsp.) My husband got his wisdom teeth pulled, so this is only my opinion on the dish. I will be making it again, because it was tasty as well as simple and fast. Thanks for the recipe!
