- 1 (6 ounce) can salmon, drained
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 small onion, chopped fine
- 1⁄2 small green bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1 (4 ounce) package saltine crackers, crushed
- black pepper
- 1 dash hot sauce
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Make sure all bones are out of salmon.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Form into patties.
- Bake in oven until done about 30 to 45 minutes.
