I love both the way this recipe tastes and smells!!! My mom used to make this for me in the winter-time. Its really good when you have a cold or allergies to help you sleep, especially if you add some honey and whiskey or brandy.

  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Use approximately 3 tsp for a serving.
  2. You may substitute an instant tea that is already sweetened (Lipton's brand is yummy) for the tea and sugar above.
