directions

  • add yeast and sugar to warm water and milk in a mixing bowl or kitchen aid.
  • let stand for 10 minutes.
  • add butter, flour and salt(don't let salt touch yeast).
  • Knead for about 10 minutes.
  • let rise for 30 minutes.
  • form rolls in a 9x13 pan.
  • let rise for another 10 minute.
  • bake at 400 for 20 minute.
