  1. Crust.
  2. Combine first 4 ingreddients with a fork till crumbly.
  3. Spread into a 9 x 13 pan.
  4. Filling.
  5. Spread out Rhubarb evenly.
  6. Sprinkle Jello mix over Rhubarb.
  7. Topping.
  8. Mix together Flour and Sugar in a bowl.
  9. Melt butter in microwave.
  10. Pour Butter over the Flour mixture.
  11. Fork mix a little bit. Make clumpy. Mix to much you will make a big ball. Don’t want a big ball.
  12. Sprinkle on top the Rhubarb.
  13. Bake in oven 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
