A favorite at Connie's house from family collection.
- 2 (6 ounce) packages butterscotch chips
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 (4 ounce) can shoestring potatoes
- Melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Pour over potatoes and mix gently in bowl. Drop onto waxed paper-covered cookie sheet by teaspoon.
- Freeze until the cookies are set. Remove as soon as they are firm.
