We really enjoyed this incredible dish rickoholic83. It was soooo good, tender, juicy and the sauce was to die for. This dish was quick and easy to make with excellent results. Served with Jasim steamed rice and homemade nana bread. What a great meal we had tonight, I made extra sauce to pour over the cooked pork. Thanks for sharing this dish. Made for Fall Pac 2011.

Amazing. I used a tenderloin that was about 1.75 pounds, marinated the majority of the day, cut the loin into fourths, and then put it in the oven at 425 for about a half hour. I basted with the marinade several times during cooking. I was a bit worried that the curry powder would dominate here but it didn't, it complimented the rest of the ingredients quite well. Seeing as how the 6 of us at the entire loin last night, this goes directly into my favorites. Thank you!

Wow. I followed the recipe exactly, and grilled indoors. Tender, juicy, the flavors all meld so well. I served with a side of fried apples and rice with green onions. This will be a frequent flyer in our house.

This couldn't be easier or more tasty. Had a bite to the sauce (which we love) and the meat was tender. Ended up marinading it for 2 days and then served it with white rice and green beans. Delicious!!!!Served Spinach and Onion Couscous Couscous with spinach as a side dish to this roast and it worked well together.I do use full 2 tbls tabasco and full 2 tbls worcestershire sauce. Spicy but oh so good!!

This marinade was just wonderful, the tenderloing turned out super moist and tender and the flavour was fantastic. Our kids found it a tad spicy (using 1 tbsp of hot sauce) and next time I will add 1 1/2 tsp to keep it on the milder side for the whole family to eat. Made for PRMR Tag

I haven't even cooked it yet - the sauce alone is worth five stars ! I used Sambal Oelek for the chili sauce for a nice heat and doubled the sauce recipe to use over the top. Definitely a keeper.

Really, really tasty!!! I made the sauce exactly as posted and marinated for a little over 24 hours. It really had an excellent flavor, without any single ingredient being too dominant. The cooking directions were perfect and the pork was cooked just right and was not dry at all. I will definitely be making this again. Made for Please Review My Recipe Tag Game.

Outstanding recipe! DH who is a pork man loved it! I made this based on Chef#280271's recommendation for the Top Favorites of 2008 Game. I made this with pork chops. I was unable to marinate this overnight due to being unexpectedly invited to "Grease" the play and other commitments, but did marinate it about 8 hours. I served this with Packet Potatoes another Top Favorite of 2008 selection. I did use the lesser amount of the hot sauce and will reduce it a bit for myself. Thanks rickoholic for posting a keeper.

Wow! This is amazing! I chose not to serve it over rice. So I didn't double the sauce mixture. Anyway this is awesome. I did take the left over marinate and basted the pork while it cooked, and poured the leftovers over the meat (after cooking the sauce of course). This is excellent! It's a keeper and going in my top 20 2008 recipes. Thanks for posting.

Excellent! Very mild curry flavor on the sauce (we boiled the marinade and used over rice). We also marinated about 3 days on accident, and it was great. Super tender, lots of flavor. It did take over 30 mins to grill (it was about 3 inches thick), so depending on your size of tenderloin may take longer than stated.

Wow, this was a great marinade! The meat was tender, juicy, and had wonderful flavor. I used 2 tsp of the oil and skipped the honey, since I used a sweet chili sauce. I saved some of the marinade to use as sauce, but the worcestershire was a little strong for us, so I froze it to use as a marinade for later. Yum!

OMG the flavors in this marinade are just wonderful. What flavor. The wind was blowing so hard I had to bake this in the oven, but no matter, the flavor was great. Other than baking I made exactly as directed. I took your suggestion and made extra sauce and poured it over the meat and rice. A meal I would serve to company with pride. Tell your Mom thanks.
