  1. how much sugar do you add to the flour mixture ?????

  2. I was looking for a quick recipe using shortening and came across this. It really didn't take more than ten min. to assemble. I used fresh peaches (about 3 1/2 cups). There was a lot of syrup compared to the peaches, but it was especially tasty eaten by the spoonful! I did find this to serve about 4 med. servings. Thanks NewHopeDMN, for posting Mom's peach cobbler. Roxygirl
