Excellent! My new favorite pancake recipe. It's so simple, too! This produces really fluffly pancakes with nice, crisp edges. I added only a tiny bit more milk to get it to the right consistency for us. This recipe is actually going into my best of the best file. Thank you for posting your Mom's pancake recipe. :)

these are fluffy , i too had to add a little more milk , i also added a teaspoon of lemon juice made for best of gone stars
