Wonderful combination of flavors for chicken. I did use the curry sparingly as my husband is not a big fan of it but just likes a hint of the curry. This is easy to prepare. I served it over rice. Wonderful meal. The next time I make this, I will double the sauce as it was so good. Thank you so much, Quantumgirl.

5 Stars, very tasty change of pace, although this is on the sweet side. It was very easy to put together, so I shall make this from time to time, then maybe I will figure out what orange cartwheels are supposed to look like. Made for Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup Game.

Until I made a few changes, this recipe was way too sweet for my family's taste. I added more salt, 2-3 tsps. Balsamic vinegar, 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp. red curry powder, and the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Once I had the flavorings corrected, I thickened the sauce with a tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in a bit of water. I poured it over the chicken, and my family loved it. This one's a keeper!

This is my new favorite chicken dish. The smell was outstanding, the flavor was even better. I served this with rice and ate myself sick finishing off the sauce poured over the rice. Thank you so much for this excellent recipe.

Excellent chicken recipe! Sweet and tangy, tastes like a zippy honey mustard with fresh oranges. We loved this. I served it with some couscous. I had no idea how good this would smell while reducing and cooking - just like my favorite L'Occitane honey perfume! Thank you quantumgirl, I will make this again soon!!!!

This had great flavor for a hot summer dinner. I left out the honey and added one diced green onion. We'll definitely be making it again. Thanks!

What a wonderfully easy and great tasting recipe. I will definitely be making this again. The only thing I did differently was to baste the chicken with the sauce every few minutes. Oh, I also added the orange slices to the baking dish the last five minutes of cooking instead of doing it in the saucepan. Thanks for sharing!
