  • In a 10-cup or larger glass or plastic bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, water, sugar, salt, black pepper, and celery seed.
  • Add cabbage, red bell peppers, and onion.
  • Toss well to combine.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour to marinate.
  • Leftovers keep up to 1 week in refrigerator.
