This recipe was simple to make and easy to convert to serve more people. I like the fact that the ingredients are those usually found in someones pantry and that preparation time was 10 minutes or less to combine and could be left alone in the oven to cook. Wish all recipes were this easy and delicious. I will definetly add this to my keeper list.

Tasty! I have always used stove top in my meatloaf, but now ds has a wheat issue so this was perfect. I used Heinz chili sauce instead of spaghetti and added a little salt, pepper and celery as well. My family ate it up and didn't say anything about it being different than what they're used to!

MMM! This was very good. I used mexican oregano which is a bit strong compared to regular oregano. I had few ingredients to work with and this fit the bill:)Will make again! I didnt know what you meant by can of spaghetti sauce so used about 1 1/2 cups out of a jar! :)

This was a very good meatloaf BUT to spicy for OUR TASTE. I omitted the oregano and garlic and added chopped bell pepper w/the onion. Added soft bread cubes to 2 tbs. milk, 1 tbs. Lea n Perrin, squished it all up well; added 1 well-beaten egg squishing more and squishing in about 3/4cup Ketchup. Patted into a 13x9 greased {Pam Spray} dish, w/hand made furrows across the top, laid raw sliced bacon strips on top. Baked at 325* to 350* about one (1) hour and drained grease/liquid from dish, removed bacon slices and poured{and spread evenly} about 1 cup Ketchup over top and continue cooking 30 minutes....my family love this version of this recipe.....especialy served with Dutchess Pototoes, dried Black-eyed peas, creamed corn, buttermilk cornbread and, if there is any room......Black-berry cobbler and vanilla ice cream.....THIS IS DEFINITELY A COLD WEATHER MENU!
