Mom's Meatloaf

This is just another meat loaf variation, but it is the only one I have ever liked.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Partially cook the bacon in the microwave for one minute on high.
  3. Combine all ingredients except bacon and tomato juice.
  4. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray.
  5. Place meat mixture in the loaf pan.
  6. Pour the tomato juice over the meat.
  7. Lay the bacon slices on top.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes, or until meat is done.
