This was the best meatloaf I have ever fixed. So this recipe in Taste of Home and was always going to try it. I'm glad I did.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. In a large bowl, beat the egg.
  2. Add the milk, crumbs, onion, salt, sage and pepper.
  3. Crumble beef over the egg mixture and mix well.
  4. Shape into two loaves.
  5. Place in a shallow bakining dish coated with cooking spray.
  6. Combine the catchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Spoon over the meatloaves.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until the meat is no longer pin and and a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees; drain.
