  • Soak matzahs until softened; squeeze well to get out most of the moisture.
  • Peel and grate apples in a large bowl. Add matzahs and all other ingreidents.
  • Pour into a greased 13x9 inch pan. sprinkle more cinnamon on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until browned.
  • May be served hot or cold.
