Really easy and cheap, it uses pantry staples that you probably have on hand. Recipe from my mother. Cooking time is chilling time.
- 1⁄3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- salt and pepper
- 1 (300 ml) can sliced mushrooms, well drained
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Chill for at least four hours before serving.
