directions

  • Boil the macaroni in water with a pinch or so of salt. Drain and put in a large bowl.
  • Drain the tuna fish and mash up the chunks with a fork. Add it to the noodles.
  • Add the radishes, celery, parsley, onion and eggs to the noodles, and mix it up.
  • Add the mayonnaise. I like lots of mayo, some like a thin covering. Add a little at first and see if you want more. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add a few shakes of paprika. Refrigerate for at least an hour or so.

  1. Let me be the first to review the first recipe you have posted!!! I prepared this recipe for lunch, reduced the ingredients to four servings. I wanted to use up some things in the fridge so added them to the salad; hard-boiled eggs, celery, green onions, orange pepper, chicken and radishes. I like this basic recipe, it would be good with ham and chicken too. A good, easy recipe!

I'm a Canadian ESL teacher living in Shanghai. This is my fifth year in the city and I see myself staying here until the World Expo in 2010. I teach grades 2-5 and I've had the same kids for the last 4 years. They're frighteningly intelligent, absolutely adorable, and completely hilarious. You can read what I do with/to them at my livejournal. Lots of information for those wanting to teach ESL but don't know much about it, or are moving to China and want to know what to expect. See my memories (click on my profile for links). In my spare time I read fanfics, draw, paint, and do volunteer work with the SCAA (Second Chance Animal Aid) here in Shanghai. I adopted my Shih Tzu 'daughter' Ruthie through the SCAA and I've been a foster mom for countless dog and cats for the last three years.
