I remember as a kid sneaking into the fridge and eating spoonfuls of my mom's hot fudge sauce. This is a simple recipe that is great over bananas and vanilla ice cream for a nice hot fudge Sunday. You'll love it!
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Combine sugar, cocoa, & flour and blend well in a saucepan.
- Over medium heat, add other ingredients and boil 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir frequently to prevent from clumping.
