Mom's Homemade Granola

"Not sure where she got the recipe, but she still makes this for me during the holidays. Stays fresh for a long time if sealed - it's soft, not crunchy."

  1. Yet another granola recipe that I can add to those I already make & enjoy! In this one I especially liked the combo of seeds & the not-so-sweet coconut! And, with the honey that was included, I actually used only 1/3 cup of the brown sugar! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
