  • In a large skillet, cook and crumble meat until almost browned.
  • Add onion, green pepper, and garlic.
  • Continue cooking until meat is browned and onion is tender.
  • Drain, stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat.
  • Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Great recipe! I added more chili powder, a little cayenne pepper and a dash or two of tabasco. I like my chili with a little "kick" :D I like this one better than *MY* chili recipe! Thanks!
