      These are really great and easy to make! Just make sure the cream cheese is room temperature as it makes it easier to mix. Also, after I rolled out the balls, I cooled some of them in the refrigerator for an hour so they set and then I coated those balls in chocolate. The room temperature balls I rolled in the sugar first and it seemed to stick better. The mix of the chocolate covered and sugar covered balls were a hit. Thanks!
