These burgers are great. We cooked them over charcoal. I added 1 T horseradish and used a smoky flavored barbecue sauce. They were a big hit! Thanks Kym, I will keep the recipe handy!

This is the best recipe I've found. Simple, with easy to find ingredients. Don't go too low fat with the meat though. Just like everyone else says, they'll fall apart.

I made these for a quick dinner last night. I used hamburger with 15% fat content and they were crumbly and didn't stick together well to make a patty. Some of the meat found it's way on to the coals. Even though crubly, they tasted pretty good. The kids liked them a lot.
