Easy and yummy! Turns out I had exactly one cup of low-fat sour cream. The batter was a tad dry so I added a couple tablespoons of milk to get it to the right consistency. 22 minutes of baking time was perfect. I served these with some brown sugar apple preserves I made. Yum!
we really enjoyed these, very easy to make!
I used Heart Smart Bisquick and low-fat sour cream. The kids said they tasted really similar to KFC's biscuits, just lighter and a little tangier. We did put some margarine on it. I baked them for closer to 30 minutes bcz they weren't browning, but then checked one and saw that the sides and bottoms were golden. Thanks for a great recipe.

These biscuits could be addicting! They are melt-in-your-mouth delicious. They definitely don't need any extra butter because the butter (that's what I used) bakes right in. These are just wonderful. I highly recommend these biscuits. *Made for Flour Power April Challenge*
Quick, Easy and Tasty!! We had these biscuits with grape jelly and there is no need to butter them. I used real butter in the recipe rather than margarine. The bottoms browned very pretty and the top edges were crusty. I liked that I only had to spoon them into the muffin tin. We will enjoy these again. Thanks Shirl for sharing!!
