This is my mother's recipe and one of my wife's favorites.
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple, drained
- 3 (11 ounce) cans mandarin orange sections, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) bag miniature marshmallows
- 1⁄2 cup coconut, shredded
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly and allow to sit in refrigerator over night or several hours before serving.
This salad is sooo good I make it alot and I make it just like the recipe states.
