My family loves these lovely potatoes. Especially good served with steak.
- 2 cups chopped red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- Toss all together in medium size bowl. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender.
I should have rated this recipe a long time ago. I use it all the time. It is such is a great recipe, definitely one of my "Top 10". It is so simple, and the potatoes come out wonderful every time. I always use red potatoes. I have tried this with regular brown potatoes, and it does not come out nearly as good. Thanks for sharing. I have passed this recipe on to several others, who love it as well.
