      I made these as Xmas gifts from our beagle (who'll eat anything, so she wasn't much of a critic) to her pals...a great dane, in particular. Now, Angus refuses to come inside unless one of these cookies is in hand!! He's too funny about them- if it's not whole (and yes, he can tell) he'll spit it out until a whole one appears! I ADORE this recipe!!

      I made these as a fun gift for some friends who have much-loved critters, and they were thrilled. Almost as mucb as the dogs were, who, I am told, loved them and very happily devoured them. Thanks for a fun, great recipe and for a cute gift idea.

      These treats not only had the approval of my eat-anything Weimaraners, but my sister's super picky dogs ate them up and asked for more. I will be making this again: it's a healthy treat for the fur kids.

      My Bichon loves these!!! They were fairly easy and not super messy like some dog teats I've made. I got about 54 large treats and 4 small ones. They make your house smell awesome like pumpkin pie!! I will make these again!!

      Fairly recently we got two 3-yr-old rescue mini schnauzers, so decided to use this recipe for some treats! I can't testify to the taste myself, but the way the dogs devour them, I'd say THESE ARE GREAT TREATS! I did get around 50 of them since I cut each of the 'cookies' in half before baking them the 2nd time! Thanks for pleasing my schnauzers! [Tagged, made & reviewed in My-3-Chefs]
