    Ingredients:

    Serves: 16

    Yield:

    egg

    Units: US | Metric

    Directions:

    1. 1
      After eggs are boiled and shelled, cut in half lengthwise.
    2. 2
      Place the yolks in a small mixing bowl.
    3. 3
      Place the whites in an egg holder.
    4. 4
      Smash the yolks with a fork.
    5. 5
      Mix the mayo, vinegar and mustard with the yolks until smooth.
    6. 6
      Fill pastry press with yolk mixture and fill each egg white with mixture.
    7. 7
      Sprinkle with paprika (optional).
    8. 8
      Refrigerate until serving.

      Quick, Easy and Good. We love deviled eggs. Added some salt and pepper. Made for PAC Spring 2008.
