  1. Mix all ingredients except cucumbers until creamy.
  2. Add cucumbers. Refrigerate until well chilled.
  3. I dish mine out using a slotted spoon and then season with salt and pepper.

I tried this and liked it so much that I made it for a potluck at work. I doubled the milk, cider vinegar and water to make it a little thinner. All the girls at work loved it.
