These are definitely great tasting fritters, & so easy to make, too! Already I'm thinking of making them much smaller (for finger food) & serving them at one of the next monthly groups I host! Yum! I made a double batch of these tonight, and threw in some chopped green peppers into the batter...I prepared the batter them in two seperate bowls, as I was not certain about adding in 2 Tbsp baking powder. I actually made them late in the afternoon, and just stuck them in my air convection oven to crisp up for dinner, they were just delicious!
