Never eat canned cranberry sauce again! This is so easy. Serve it room temp or cool. Leftovers freeze well.
- Dissolve sugar in boiling water.
- Add berries.
- Cover and bring to simmering.
- Let berries pop, about 10 minutes.
- Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
This was absolutely wonderful... simple to make... not too sweet... not too tart... perfect!!! I threw in frozen cranberries and they held their shape beautifully. Thanks for telling me that this freezes well also! Good to know.
