My mom's chili recipe - easy to make and great for cold weather!

  1. Brown meat, drain if necessary.
  2. Add onions, spices then everything else except Fritos to crock pot.
  3. Cook on high until it begins to bubble.
  4. Turn to low and cook for at least one hour.
  5. Cook as long as you want (the longer it cooks, the better it is).
  6. Serve over chips.

Made this for our dinner and I followed the instructions only adding a little more garlic, bell pepper and jalapenos. Delicious. Made for Spring PAC 2012.
