    Ingredients:

    Chili

    Chili Seasoning (or use one packet of McCormick Original Chili Seasoning Mix)

    Directions:

      Brown meat, drain if necessary.
    2. 2
      Add onions, spices then everything else except Fritos to crock pot.
    3. 3
      Cook on high until it begins to bubble.
    4. 4
      Turn to low and cook for at least one hour.
    5. 5
      Cook as long as you want (the longer it cooks, the better it is).
    6. 6
      Serve over chips.

      Made this for our dinner and I followed the instructions only adding a little more garlic, bell pepper and jalapenos. Delicious. Made for Spring PAC 2012.
