What a simple and delicious way to start the day...not that I would limit this to just breakfasts!!
I loved the combination of taste and texture in this...this could become a habit!

This is great and so easy I didn't have any taco sauce so I used my homemade salsa. Otherwise i followed the ingredients.The flavors go wonderful together. I don't usually like flour tortillas but it was very good in these burritos. Made for 1,2,3, Hit Wonders.

Great breakfast!! I am trying to avoid fats so used fresh sliced roast beef instead of bacon :)

Super simple and delicious! Not exactly lo-cal, but avocados are good fat right? I cut the recipe in half and only made one serving and used a corn tortilla because that is what I had on hand. I will make again for sure, just probably not too often because of the calorie content.

I loved the combination of the creamy avocado and the crispy bacon! I used salsa, since I didn't have any taco sauce. Otherwise, I made it as posted. I loved that this was a breakfast burrito without the egg! I'll make this again, and not just for breakfast. Thanks for sharing!
