Very nice tasting meatloaf! I always use really lean ground beef & also used my good ol' standby for breadcrumbs, Oroweat Master's Best Winter Wheat bread! I don't make meatloaf a lot, but this one is GOOD, thanks to the seasonings you've used, & I'll be keeping this recipe handy!! Thank you for sharing it!

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first 12 ingredients; mix well.
  2. Press into an ungreased 8-1/2-in. x 4-1/2-in. x 2-1/2-in. loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  4. Drizzle top of loaf with ketchup; bake 15 minutes more or until no pink remains.
