I got this from my Mom. I haven't tried making it myself yet, but I was there when she made it, and it was good. She modified her recipe slightly, because I didn't have a loaf pan, so she had to use my 9" x 13" baking pan.

  1. Preheat Oven to 350°F Grease 9"x13" baking pan.
  2. Mix both flours, oats, and baking soda in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Mix eggs, sugar, bananas, and yogurt in a large mixing bowl until fairly smooth. (Use a hand-mixer on low speed.) Gradually add dry mix.
  4. Pour into greased pan. Bake about 50 minutes.
